At SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your silk items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for your request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all silk garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Print the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
